Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. Data Controller

RobPac Publishing operates this website and acts as the data controller for the personal data collected through it. Privacy-related questions and requests may be sent to robpacpublishing@gmail.com.

2. Personal Data We Collect

When you use the free eBook request form, we collect the name and email address you voluntarily provide, the title of the requested eBook, and your acknowledgement of this Privacy Policy. The website and its technical providers may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, access time, and request logs.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

The information entered in the request form is processed solely to receive, manage, and respond to your request. The legal basis is your freely given consent and the steps requested by you before receiving the selected material. We do not use the form to enrol you automatically in a newsletter or for unrelated marketing communications.

4. Service Providers and Recipients

The request form is transmitted through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service. Website hosting, content-delivery networks, fonts, and other technical services may also process limited technical data to provide and secure the website. Links to Amazon, Payhip, and social platforms lead to independent third-party websites governed by their own privacy policies.

5. International Transfers

Some technical or form-delivery providers may operate outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, personal data may therefore be processed in countries whose data-protection framework differs from that of the European Union. Such processing remains subject to the safeguards and contractual arrangements adopted by the relevant provider.

6. Retention

Personal data submitted through the form is kept only for the time reasonably necessary to handle the request, respond to related communications, and comply with any applicable legal obligations. Data that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

Subject to the conditions established by applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also object where the law provides that right. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

Requests may be sent to robpacpublishing@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Data Protection Authority where applicable.

8. Cookies and External Resources

The website does not intentionally use profiling cookies. It may load external technical resources, including fonts and content-delivery services, which can receive standard connection information. If analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before those tools are activated.

9. Security

Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No internet transmission or storage method can, however, be guaranteed as completely secure.

10. Children

The free eBook request form is not intended to collect personal data knowingly from children without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the website, its services, or applicable requirements change. The revision date shown at the top of the page identifies the latest version.
